A support request can be submitted via telephone, e-mail or the Winpos Online Support service, which is available to our customers 24/7.

A submitted support request is immediately registered in our centralized support system. Our support team will contact you as soon as your request has been processed. If necessary, a remote connection to your computer can be established. We will always notify you, either via telephone or e-mail, when your support request has been resolved.

Changes to Winpos UK Support Contact Details

As a result of changes within the Winpos organizational structure, support services for UK customers have been transferred to Winpos Group.
