How to make the VAT rate change in your Winpos POS system:
Open Backoffice and go to Maintenance – Articles. Go through all the articles with the VAT rate of 10% that belong to the goods and services mentioned in the tax authority’s list. Change the tax class for these items to 14% in the Tax class field. Save the changes.
